Booking conditions

1. Changing or canceling an appointment – at least 24 hours in advance

The Guest may modify or cancel the appointment no later than 24 hours before the start of the treatment.

This can be done through any channel:

• • e-mail
  • telephone
  • social media
  • online appointment booking system

The Service Provider shall take into account the time of receipt of the cancellation.

2. In case of cancellation within 24 hours

The Service Provider shall send a request for payment of 50% of the service price, which the Guest shall settle by bank transfer.

3. In case of non-appearance

If the Guest does not show up at all and does not indicate cancellation, the Service Provider will issue a fee request for 50% of the service.
