You can cancel your appointment in any form 24 hours before the scheduled time. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, we will send you a fee request for 50% of the price of the canceled service, which you can pay by bank transfer.

In case of delay, please note that each service has its own duration and guests are booked consecutively, so unfortunately it is not possible to extend your treatment. We cannot charge the next guest for your delay, so your treatment will be shortened.

In order to maintain cleanliness in the beauty salon, we operate a guest slipper system. You will find slippers next to the entrance, which you can conveniently change into before using our services.

Our salon accepts cash and credit card payments.
